Planet of Exile, Book 4 in the Hainish Cycle, Ursula K. LeGuin (Ace Double, 1966 {Blackstone Audio, Narrator: Carrington MacDuffie and Steven Hove})

Planet of Exile by Ursula K. LeGuin is the stand alone fourth book in her wonderful Hainish Cycle. The flow of language in this novel is wonderful and adds to the story, which is one of her most tense and gripping.
